Use | Used as a cold-resistant plasticizer for synthetic rubber Spice. It is mainly used to prepare fruit essence. Plasticizer (for packaging materials). cold-resistant plasticizer, compatible with most resins and synthetic rubber, can be the main plasticizer. The product is non-toxic and can be used as a packaging material in contact with food. The product feels good. This product is used as a plasticizer for many synthetic rubbers, which can make the product have excellent low temperature performance and oil resistance. The main disadvantage of this product is that it has a large volatile loss and is easily extracted by water, soapy water and detergent solutions, so it is often used with phthalate plasticizers. It is used as a softener for gas chromatography stationary liquid, plasticizer and rubber, as well as for perfume preparation and organic synthesis gas chromatography stationary liquid (the maximum service temperature is 75 ℃, and the solvent is ethanol and ether). Separation and analysis of hydrocarbons and esters. Plasticizer. Rubber softener. Cosmetics, spices. Condiments. |
Production method | It is obtained by esterification of sebacic acid and butanol under sulfuric acid catalysis. The amount of catalyst is 0.3%, the temperature is 130-140 ℃, the esterification is about 4-6h under normal pressure, and 0.1-0.3% activated carbon is added during esterification. The resulting crude ester is neutralized, dealcoholed, and pressure filtration to obtain the finished product. The raw material sebacic acid is made from castor oil. Raw material consumption (kg/t) sebacic acid 665 butanol 525 is obtained by distillation of sebacic acid and butanol in benzene solution in the presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid. It is obtained by the reaction of butanol and decanoyl chloride. |
